The Baxter’s PD Home Visit Programme is specially designed to ensure that new patients start well on PD, and that all our patients continue to do well on our system. The programme will help us to detect clinical problems and provide retraining to patients where necessary.
Our nurse clinicians provide one-to-one assessments so that you can confidently perform your dialysis at home. They will also share their knowledge with you on diet, medication and therapy management to facilitate the best possible outcomes.
