From placing orders to general enquiries, Baxter Customer Care is here for you. We ensure timely delivery of your supplies right to your home every time.

Delivery of PD Supplies

Our aim is to provide complete customer satisfaction.

Baxter PD delivery team will deliver your PD supplies to your home and help to store them in an appropriate setting.  You can be assured of:

  • Rapid and Efficient Delivery
  • Monthly Product Supplies to Patient’s Home
  • Friendly and Helpful Delivery Personnel
Reminder Service

During your first delivery, your PD centre will order sufficient quantity of supplies for your treatment until your next scheduled delivery. As PD supplies will be delivered regularly every 30 days, Customer Care will send you a Short Message Service (SMS) to remind you to place your order. We would also call you a week before every delivery to check on the level of supplies you have left and confirm your next delivery date.

Delivery Pointers
  • One free delivery will be made every calendar month
  • There will be a transportation surcharge for every subsequent delivery within the same calendar month
  • Check that you have received all the items listed in your invoice
  • Contact Customer Care immediately should there be any discrepancies
Maintaining Supplies
  1. Always use up previously delivered stock first
  2. Store your supplies:
  • In a clean and dry environment
  • At normal room temperature
  • Away from direct sunlight
  • In the carton which they are delivered
Product Exchange

If there is a change in your prescription or system (from CAPD to APD or vice-versa), kindly inform Customer Care before your next delivery. The products to be exchanged should be clean, unopened and undamaged with an expiry date of more than 6 months.

Replacement for Defective Product

If the product is defective for any reason:

  1. Simply keep the product so that it can be replaced during your next delivery
  2. Inform Baxter Customer Care before your next delivery and give them the following details of the defective product:
  • The product code number (found on the outside of the box)
  • The product lot number (found on the outside of the box)
  • The quantity you need to replace
