If the product is defective for any reason:
- Simply segregate the product so that it can replace during your next delivery or if necessary on the next working day
- Inform Baxter Customer Care and give them the following details of the defective product:
- The product code number (located on the outside of carton)
- The product lot number (located on the outside of carton)
- The quantity you need us to replace
